1. When is the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet scheduled for?

The event will take place on the 7th of August 2021, at 6pm KST (Korea Standard Time), or 5pm MYT (Malaysia Time).

2. What will be the duration of the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet?

The event will be an approximately 60-90 minutes.

3. Who can access the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet?

The We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet is an exclusive event being brought to SuperM fans by Prudential, where only select fans will get a chance to watch the event.

4. Do I have to pay to watch the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet?

No, there will be no cost or charge to watch the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet.

5. What songs will SuperM be performing at the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet? Can I make a song request for the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet?

We know you are really excited to know what songs will be performed at the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet, but we want the same to be a surprise for you and therefore we are not able to reveal this information. Also, we are extremely sorry, but fans will not be able to request songs before or during the event. However, be rest assured we have an extremely exciting and fun line up of songs from SuperM for the event.

6. Would Baekhyun & Taemin be attending the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet?

Unfortunately, Baekhyun and Taemin will not attend the event due to military services.

7. Would SuperM be having any K-POP guests at the concert?

We are extremely sorry, but we are not allowed to pre-release any information on this. All we can say is wait and watch!

8. What language will the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet be conducted in?

The event will be in conducted in English. The performance by SuperM will be in Korean and English.

9. Will there be any merchandise or gift on offer at the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet?

Unfortunately, no merchandise or gift will be on offering at the event.

10. How do I stream the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet?

Selected winners will receive an email with a private link and unique code along with other instructions on the streaming of the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet. The selected winners are requested to not share the link and unique code with anyone else as that may result in them not being able to access the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet.

11. Where can I access streaming platform? (PC, Laptop etc.)

You can access the streaming platform on the following browsers – Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge on any of these devices i.e. mobile phone, laptop, PC/desktop, iPad and tablet, but the platform does not support Internet Explorer (IE).

12. Is the streaming platform available in my country?

Yes, the platform is available worldwide and can be accessed from any country.

13. I am resident of Malaysia, however I am out of the country currently. Can I still stream the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet?

Yes, absolutely! If you are one of the selected winners you can watch the We DO Concert from anywhere in the World.

14. Which devices can I stream the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet on?

You can stream the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet on any of these devices i.e. mobile phone, laptop, PC/desktop, iPad & tablet.

15. Can I stream the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet from same account but on two or more devices?

Selected winners can stream the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet on a single device only. We request fans to not share their account information with anyone else.

16. Is there a minimum internet speed requirement to stream the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet?

Yes, ideally your minimum internet speed should be of 5MB/s or more to get a steady streaming experience.

17. Can I share or transfer the broadcast/streaming link and/or unique code to my friends(s), family, colleague, acquaintance etc.?

22. During or after the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet, can I broadcast, showcase or publish the event on my YouTube channel and/or other digital or social media channels? Will I be facing any disciplinary actions?

We are really sorry, but you are not allowed to record the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet and broadcast, showcase or publish it on any digital or other platforms during or after the event. Please note we will be continuously monitoring digital platforms to check for violations and if an individual is found in breach of this regulation not only will their access to the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet will be revoked but they may additionally face punitive or penal actions.

23. I received the email containing details for the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet, but if I forgot to attend it, what do I do? Can I get tickets to any other concert in lieu of the same?

Ah! We are very sorry, but unfortunately, that is not possible. Also, we only have one session of the event and the same will not be repeated or happening again so we hope you will not miss it.

24. What happens if the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet is cancelled or rescheduled?

In the event the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet is cancelled or rescheduled due to some unavoidable circumstance, you will be notified of the new date and time.

1. What is the Fan Meet? Will it be held on the same day as the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet?

The Fan Meet is a segment of the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet and will be held on the same day as the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet.

In the Fan Meet select winners/fans will get the opportunity to have their video display showcased on the LED screens when SuperM answer some fun and exciting questions tendered to them during the Q&A session.

2. How do I get a chance to participate in the Fan Meet?

Only selected participants who take part in our campaigns or challenges get a chance to participate in the Fan Meet.

3. Do I have to pay to be a part of the Fan Meet?

No, there will be no cost or charge to participate in the Fan Meet.

The Fan Meet at the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet is an exclusive opportunity being brought to SuperM fans by Prudential, where only select fans will get a chance to participate in the Fan Meet.

6. If I completed and submitted the registration form, but I provided incomplete or erroneous data, what do I do?

We request all fans selected for the Fan Meet to thoroughly check their information before submitting the form. Please note, that no changes can be made to the information provided after the registration form has been submitted.

If you have made an error in the registration form, then we sincerely regret to inform you that there is no other recourse available and you may have to forfeit your opportunity to participate in the Fan Meet. 

7. If I miss the deadline provided to fill the registration form, what do I do?

We are extremely sorry, but if you miss the deadline to fill the registration form your opportunity to participate in the Fan Meet stands forfeited and this decision is final and cannot be revoked.

8. If I have completed and submitted the registration form, when can I expect to hear on the next steps?

The registration form provided to you will have all the details. Once the form has been submitted by you, we request you to be patient. We will get in touch with you.

9. If I have completed and submitted the registration form but have not received a confirmation email, what do I do?

10. If I have completed and submitted the registration form and have received the confirmation email but have not received the information and details for rehearsal(s), whereas my friend who also submitted his/her registration form has received the details, what do I do?

11. I am on the Fan Meet waitlist, what does that mean?

If you are selected to be on the Fan Meet waitlist, your participation in the Fan Meet isn’t guaranteed but you may still have a chance. You will be required to submit a registration form; kindly provide accurate contact details therein. In the event you are selected to participate in the main Fan Meet, you will be accordingly informed.

12. I have received the email containing details for the Fan Meet rehearsal(s), but I cannot attend, what do I do?

This is extremely unfortunate, but if you cannot attend the rehearsal for whatsoever reason, we are truly sorry, but your opportunity to attend the Fan Meet shall be forfeited.

13. I received the email containing details for the Fan Meet rehearsal(s), but I forgot to attend it, what do I do?

This is extremely unfortunate, but if you miss the rehearsals for whatsoever reason, we are truly sorry, but your opportunity to attend the Fan Meet shall be forfeited.

14. I couldn’t attend the Fan Meet rehearsal and therefore had to forfeit my opportunity to participate in it, however I would still like to watch the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet, can I do so?

Yes, if you couldn’t attend the rehearsal for the Fan Meet, your opportunity to participate in the main Fan Meet shall be forfeited, but you can still watch the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet using the access information provided to you.

15. I was in the Fan Meet waitlist, but my participation in the main Fan Meet wasn’t confirmed, however I would still like to watch the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet, can I do so?

Yes! If you were in the Fan Meet waitlist but your participation in the main Fan Meet wasn’t confirmed, you can still watch the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet using the access information provided to you.

16. Can I join the rehearsals and the Fan Meet on the day of the event using an email ID different from the one I had provided in the registration form?

No unfortunately you cannot. Those selected to participate in the Fan Meet are requested to use the name and email ID they had provided in their registration form only for the rehearsals and the Fan Meet on the day of the event. If you use any other name or email ID, you may be disqualified and your opportunity to attend the Fan Meet shall be forfeited.

17. What language will the rehearsals and the Fan Meet be conducted in?

The rehearsals and the actual Fan Meet will be conducted in English.

18. How many devices do I need to participate in the Fan Meet?

We recommend that the selected winners use two (2) devices to participate in the Fan Meet. One device is to be used for your own video display and the other to watch the livestream of the event.

19. Is there a minimum internet speed requirement to get access to the Fan Meet?

Yes, ideally your minimum internet speed should be of 2MB/s or more to get an interrupted and steady experience during the Fan Meet.

20. What platform/app will I have to log in to or get on to, to participate in the Fan Meet?

To participate in the Fan Meet, the selected fans will have to log in or get on to a Video Chat Platform. Details of the same will be shared with the selected fans.

21. Is the Video Chat platform available in my country?

Yes, the Video Chat platform is available worldwide and can be accessed from any country.

22. Where can I access the Video Chat platform from? Do I need to download an app? (PC, Laptop etc.)

To access the Video Chat platform, you can either download their app on Android/iOS or use their website. Further details will be provided in the email.

23. Can I share or transfer the Fan Meet access with my friend(s), family colleague, acquaintance etc.?

We are extremely sorry, but that will not be possible. The Fan Meet at the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet is an exclusive event for select winners/fans only and transferring access is not permitted.

24. I am resident of Malaysia, however, I am out of the country currently, can I still participate in the Fan Meet? Will the Video Chat platform work in the country I am currently residing in?

Yes, absolutely! If you are one of the selected winners for the Fan Meet, you can access the Video Chat platform from anywhere in the World.

25. Can I post pictures of the Fan Meet on my social media accounts?

We are extremely sorry, but you are not allowed to take a photo or clip of the Fan Meet and post it on your social media or digital accounts.

26. During the rehearsal, I did not observe the instructions that were given to me and broke a few protocols and was therefore disqualified from attending the Fan Meet, what recourse do I have? I am apologetic for my behavior; can my disqualification be overturned?

We strongly advise all winners to abide by the instructions, rules, and protocols provided to them to prevent any disqualifications. While we hope such a situation does not arise and even if it does the organizer and Prudential will be extremely fair and impartial in deciding on the course of action, but if you do break any rules or protocols during rehearsal and are subsequently disqualified, the decision shall be final and you will not be able to attend the Fan Meet.

27. I want to change my chatroom on the Video Chat platform, is that possible?

We are extremely sorry, but that is not possible.

28. Will there be any merchandise or gift on offer at the Fan Meet?

Unfortunately, no merchandise or gift will be on offering at the event.

FAQ’s specific to Q&A Session

1. What is the difference between the Fan Meet and the Q&A Session? Will they both be held on the same day?

The Q&A session is a sub-part of the Fan Meet and yes, they both will be held on the same day and are a part of the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet.

In the Fan Meet the participants screens with their video display will be shown on the LED screens, while the fans who have been selected for the Q&A session will get an exclusive opportunity to virtually interact with SuperM and ask the band a question of their choice.  

2. How many questions can I provide for the Q&A session?

The fans selected to participate in the Q&A session can provide up to three (3) questions they wish to ask SuperM during the Fan Meet at the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet. However, the best question from the three (3) shall be selected and communicated to the fan. The fan shall then ask only that question which has been selected during the Q&A session.

3. I completed and submitted the registration form, but I want to change the questions I wish to ask SuperM, what do I do?

We are extremely sorry, but once the questions have been submitted, no changes can be made. We will select the best question from the ones you have provided for the Q&A session and communicate to you.

4. I completed and submitted the registration form, but I only provided one question for SuperM, I wish to add a few more questions, what do I do?

You can provide up to 3 questions on the registration form. Please note, that no changes can be made to the information provided after the registration form has been submitted.

If you have made an error and provided only one question in the registration form then we sincerely regret to inform you that there is no other recourse available, and you cannot add any additional questions.   

5. Will the rehearsals for the Fan Meet and the Q&A be the same? If not, will they be held on the same day? If not, do I have to attend rehearsals for both the Fan Meet and the Q&A session?

There will be different rehearsals conducted for the Fan Meet and the Q&A session. Fans who will be participating in the Q&A session will have to attend both the rehearsals. The Fan Meet and Q&A session rehearsal/s may be conducted on the same day or different days.

If a fan selected for the Q&A session misses either the Fan Meet or the Q&A session rehearsal/s for whatsoever reasons, their opportunity to attend both the Fan Meet and the Q&A session shall be forfeited.

6. How many questions can I ask SuperM during the Q&A session?

You can ask only one question to SuperM during the Q&A session.

7. What language can I ask my question to SuperM in?

You may ask your question to SuperM during the Q&A session in English only.

1. Can I watch the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet after the event is over? If yes, where? Do I have to pay for it?

Unfortunately, the We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet is a live stream event and there is no Video on Demand service.

2. Can I get a recording of my Fan Meet session for posting on social media?

Ah! We wish that were possible. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide any recording of the Fan Meet session.
