With immediate effect, you can now walk into our Customer Engagement Centres without the need of an appointment.

The operating hours of our Customer Engagement Centres is from 8.45am to 4.30pm – Monday to Friday.

As we care for your safety and well-being, there will still be stringent SOPs to adhere to when you visit our Customer Engagement Centres. Nonetheless, we strive to serve you with our utmost priority so that you can have a pleasant experience with us.

We highly encourage you to use our available platforms listed below to perform payments, servicing requests, enquiries, documents submission. Best of all, it’s hassle free and you’ll get to avoid the crowd and skip the queue!
