As a Prudential customer, you will be receiving an important notice from us either through a mailed letter or SMS about the revisions to the premiums and/or insurance charges of your medical plan.

The medical plans that are affected are:

• PRUHealth (Coinsurance)

• PRUFlexi Med (0 & 300 Deductible)

• PRUValue Med (0 Deductible & Med Saver 300)

• PRUMajor Med 1-5 attached to Investment Linked Plan

• PRUMajor Med 1 (PMM1) without PRUMajor Med Enhancer (PMME) attached to Traditional Plan

• PRUMajor Med 3-5 (PMM3-5) attached to Universal Life Plan

• PRUGuard My Medical (PGMM) attached to Universal Life Plan
