Claims coverage for Telemedicine

Your medical plan now covers physical and online consultations with specialists for pre and post hospitalisation*.

We are delighted to share with you the good news on the enhancement of our claim practices. We have opened up the coverage for Telemedicine via reimbursement under Pre and Post Hospitalisation Benefit with immediate effect to all medical policyholders owners of Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad (PAMB).

Telemedicine is Virtual Healthcare Service provided by most private hospitals and clinics on a secured online platform where customers can have follow-up appointments, consultation & medication prescription/treatment.

In order to ensure our customers are getting quality medical care, PAMB will provide coverage for medically necessary Telemedicine with reasonable and customary charges incurred and where consistent with the disability of the life assured/person covered who is hospitalised as per terms & conditions cited in the policy

Customers can submit the required documents (original receipts, completed claim form etc) for reimbursement to our nearest branch or submit them to agent for the agent’s submission via PRUServe Plus (“PSP”).
