Bank Negara Malaysia's Consumer Survey on Fees and Charges for Financial Products and Services

Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) is running a public survey to find out how well financial service providers — like banks, insurers, takaful operators, and e-wallet providers — are explaining their fees and charges. 

If you’ve used or considered any financial services in the past two years, BNM wants to hear from you. 

The survey looks at whether: 

  • Fees and charges were clearly explained when you signed up 

  • You were informed about any changes 

  • The fees felt fair 

  • Complaints (if any) were handled properly

 

Your feedback will help improve transparency and ensure fair treatment for all financial consumers in Malaysia.
