Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) is running a public survey to find out how well financial service providers — like banks, insurers, takaful operators, and e-wallet providers — are explaining their fees and charges.
If you’ve used or considered any financial services in the past two years, BNM wants to hear from you.
The survey looks at whether:

Fees and charges were clearly explained when you signed up

You were informed about any changes

The fees felt fair

Complaints (if any) were handled properly
Your feedback will help improve transparency and ensure fair treatment for all financial consumers in Malaysia.
