You may participate by submitting your positive story or experience with Prudential via the official contest submission channel at Prudential Malaysia’s website (www.prudential.com.my/en/10-10-moments). Participation is free, and no purchase is required.

Submissions must be:

• Based on your true, personal experience with Prudential
• Positive, respectful, and suitable for public sharing
• Free from offensive, misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate content.

Submissions that do not meet these requirements may be disqualified.

You may submit multiple stories, but only one (1) lucky draw entry will be counted per policyholder.

Winners will be selected via a lucky draw from all eligible submissions, and Prudential’s decision is final and binding.

Each eligible customer can receive a maximum of two (2) lucky draw entries throughout the contest:

• One (1) lucky draw entry for Round 1 if at least one valid entry is submitted during Round 1.
• One (1) lucky draw entry for Round 2 if at least one valid entry is submitted during Round 2.
• Non-winning participants from Round 1 will have their valid entry carried forward to Round 2 and receive one lucky draw opportunity in Round 2.
• Round 1 winners are generally not eligible for a lucky draw entry in Round 2. 

No. Regardless of how many entries you submit, you can only receive one lucky draw entry per round and a maximum of two lucky draw entries in total. (Refer FAQ No. 7)

Yes, they may participate, but customers who won prizes in the previous 10/10 Moments with Prudential Contest held from 1 July 2026 to 22 July 2026 will not be eligible to win prizes in this contest. 

Prizes available in each Contest Round include:

• Jason Mraz Asia Tour 2026 Jazzy Tickets: 25 winners x 2 Tickets (RM688 each)
• Jason Mraz Asia Tour 2026 Acoustic Tickets: 25 winners x 2 Tickets (RM588 each)
• RM50 Touch ’n Go eWallet Reload PINs: 300 winners
• RM20 Touch ’n Go eWallet Reload PINs: 1,750 winners

Winners will be announced on Prudential's official social media platforms on:

• 11 September 2026 (Round 1)
• 7 October 2026 (Round 2) 
• Selected winners may also be notified via email provided during the submission.

Tickets winners must: 

• Collect tickets from 3pm to 7:30pm on the event day at the Prudential booth 
• Present their NRIC, passport, or valid identification 

Third-party collection is allowed with an authorised letter. Refer to the T&C. 

Failure to collect within the stated time will result in forfeiture of the prize, with no replacement or compensation provided. 

No. Ticket (including category and/or seat) allocation is at Prudential’s discretion and cannot be changed, transferred, or upgraded. 

No. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

Concert date, time and venue may be changed, postponed, or cancelled by the event organiser. Prudential will not be responsible for such changes.

Reload PINs will be sent to winner’s registered email address. Prudential’s responsibility ends once the PIN has been sent. 

Yes. By participating, you grant Prudential the right to use, edit, and publish your submitted content for promotional purposes without compensation.  

Yes. Prudential reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest with prior notice. 

Your personal data will be used for contest administration, including verification, winner selection, announcement, and prize fulfilment, in line with Prudential’s privacy notice.
