All Prudential medical policyholders can seek treatment at PRUPanel Plus hospitals according to each company’s panel listing. Please refer to each company’s corporate website’s panel hospital listing, as there are slight variations between PAMB and PruBSN's PRUPanel Plus.
No, the benefits will be automatically applied for all Prudential medical policyholders upon identity verification by hospital personnel.
Yes, customers can continue to use Pre-Authorisation Coverage under HAS Facilities for all panel hospitals.
