You can contact PRUAssist via WhatsApp and provide details about the medical support you need. You can then choose a specialist from participating PRUPanel Plus hospitals, and Care Concierge will help arrange and confirm your appointment. 

The service is available 24/7.

The Case Management Service provides eligible customers with personalised support throughout their medical journey. 

Depending on your needs, the service may include expert medical opinions from global specialists, specialist referrals and appointment arrangements, support from a dedicated Physician Case Manager, and ongoing follow-up during your recovery. 

This service is available to Prudential customers who meet the applicable eligibility requirements.

The Homecare Programme is available to eligible customers under specified Prudential plans or riders who meet the relevant claim and programme conditions. 

Depending on your approved entitlement and care needs, support may include:

• Professional homecare
• Skilled nursing procedures
• Doctor home visits
• Care at a selected care centre

You can use up to RM1,000 per year from your No Claims Benefit through Prudential Marketplace for eligible healthcare services, such as medical check-ups, diagnostic tests, vaccinations and health subscription programmes. 

You can use the benefit by either redeeming a voucher through Prudential Marketplace or submitting a reimbursement claim, subject to your available No Claims Benefit balance and the applicable terms and conditions.

Day surgery refers to suitable scheduled procedures where you can be admitted, receive treatment and be discharged on the same day, without an overnight hospital stay. 

Examples include cataract surgery, colonoscopy and certain other diagnostic or surgical procedures. 

Whether a procedure is suitable for day surgery depends on your doctor's assessment. Coverage is also subject to your policy benefits and exclusions.

Advanced medical treatments that may be covered under Prudential medical benefits include cryoablation, immunotherapy, proton beam radiotherapy, neutron beam radiation therapy, haematopoietic stem cell transplantation and implantable neural stimulators, among others. 

Coverage applies to specified medical conditions and is subject to the terms and conditions of your policy. 

If your doctor recommends a treatment for a condition outside the listed indications, please contact Prudential to confirm whether it is covered under your policy.
