FAQ

This contest is open to Prudential policyholders with at least one active individual life insurance policy at the time of submission. Each participant must be registered with a valid NRIC or passport number.

This Contest is not open to any person who is, or was at any time during the Contest period, an employee or Wealth Planner of Prudential.

The Contest runs from 1 July 2026 to 22 July 2026 (inclusive).

You may participate by submitting your positive story or experience with Prudential via the official contest submission channel at Prudential Malaysia’s website (www.prudential.com.my/en/10-10-moments). Participation is free, and no purchase is required.

Submissions must be:

  • Based on your true, personal experience with Prudential
  • Positive, respectful, and suitable for public sharing
  • Free from offensive, misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate content.

Submissions that do not meet these requirements may be disqualified.

You may submit multiple stories, but only one (1) lucky draw entry will be counted per policyholder.

Winners will be selected via a lucky draw from all eligible submissions, and Prudential’s decision is final and binding.

Prizes include:

  • 1st Prize: 50 winners x 2 × Tier 2 concert tickets (RM1,088 each)
  • 2nd Prize: 50 winners x 2 × Tier 3 concert tickets (RM788 each)
  • Consolation: 7,000 winners x RM10 TNG eWallet reload PIN

Winners will be announced on 31 July 2026 on Prudential’s official social media platforms. Selected winners may also be notified via email provided during the submission.

Tickets winners must:

  • Collect tickets from 3pm to 8pm on the event day at the Prudential booth
  • Present their NRIC, passport, or valid identification

Third-party collection is allowed with an authorised letter. Refer to the T&C.

Failure to collect within the stated time will result in forfeiture of the prize, with no replacement or compensation provided.

No. Ticket allocation (including date, seat and category) is at Prudential’s discretion and cannot be changed, transferred, or upgraded.

No. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

Concert date, time and venue may be changed, postponed, or cancelled by the event organiser. Prudential will not be responsible for such changes unless caused by its own negligence.

Reload PINs will be sent to winner’s registered email address. Prudential’s responsibility ends once the PIN has been sent.

Yes. By participating, you grant Prudential the right to use, edit, and publish your submitted content for promotional purposes without compensation.

Yes. Prudential reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest with prior notice.

Your personal data will be used for contest administration, including verification, winner selection, announcement, and prize fulfilment, in line with Prudential’s privacy notice.
