Click on the PRUAccess Plus link that comes with your activation code via SMS or email.

Step 2 

Enter your activation code and NRIC number

Step 3

Cliick “I Agree” to accept PRUAccess Plus Terms & Conditions.

Activation Codes are sent to policyholders who have not registered for PRUAccess Plus as a simplified registration process. You just need to click on the link attached in the SMS/email and activate your account with the Activation Code received.

Prudential policyholders who have not registered for PRUAccess Plus and have at least one(1) active policy with a valid mobile number or e-mail address.

These are genuine SMSes and emails sent by Prudential for PRUAccess Plus activations via the link: https://pruaccessplus.prudential.com.my/pap/act/act.do.

Click on the PRUAccess Plus link received, key in the Activation Code and NRIC No to complete your account activation.


Yes. The Activation Code is valid for 90 days.

You may contact our Call Center or visit our nearest branch to have the Activation Code resent to you via SMS to the registered mobile number in our record. Authorized personnel may trigger a new Activation Code SMS via Support Center.

Yes. The Activation Code is a unique 6-digit code which is linked to their IC number.
