If you wish to change your personal details (salutation, marital status or nationality), please complete the form and return it via your agent or visit your nearest branch.

If you wish to change your mailing address or contact details, you may:

  • Online update it from the customer portal
  • Complete the form and return it via your agent
  • Visit your nearest branch, or
  • Contact our Customer Service Representative at (603) 2116 0228.

You may enrol your Credit/ Debit card for recurring premium payments online at PRUAccess Plus. After login, access ‘My Transaction’ followed by ‘Online Enrolment’ (Limited to a maximum instalment premium of RM9,999.99). Alternatively, you may complete the Credit/ Debit Card Enrolment Form (For instalment premium of RM10,000 and above) and return it via your agent or submit to any of our nearest branch at least 2 weeks before your premium due date.

If you wish to register your bank account details for your future payouts, you may login to our PRUAccess Plus, or contact our Customer Service Representative at 03-21160228. Alternatively, you may complete the Application for Direct Credit form and return it via your agent or at your nearest branch.
