The Policy Anniversary refers to the month when the proposal commences to become a policy.

Yes, you can choose to pay your policy premium in Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly or Annual terms. Change to a higher frequency of payment (i.e. Quarterly to Annually) must always fall on the anniversary of the policy.

You need to submit the Statutory Declaration Form with RM10 stamp duty and signature from Commissioner of Oath to your nearest branch for reprinting of the policy document. Reprint fees of  30.00 (inclusive of taxes at the prevailing rate, if any) will be charged.

Yes, you should. You may contact your agent or visit your nearest branch for requirements and the appropriate form to be completed.

Your policy might lapse. You will not have insurance protection/ coverage, and will also not be entitled for any insurance claim during the lapse period.

The nominee has to be a person. Nomination of an organization is not allowed. The policy must be on a person’s own life. You may download the Trust and Nomination Form from our website.

Yes, you can. You need to state the specific share (%) to be paid to each of the nominees. Unless stated, the policy monies will be divided equally among all nominees (for Non-Muslims only).

For Muslims, nominations can be made and policy monies will be paid to the nominee(s) accordingly. However, the nominee(s) would have to distribute the policy monies according to Syariah law.

Yes, you can. You may complete Credit/Debit Card enrolment form. For Debit card transaction, before you authorize us to deduct from your Debit Card, you must contact your bank to opt in and allow transaction(s) without producing the physical Debit Card to us. Otherwise, your Debit Card transaction(s) may not be successful.
